Changing my PC to laptop

I have some question.
1)
I purchased a laptop today.
So I want to ask if i can log in on the laptop.
2)
China is not possible to use Google service.
So I want to ask if i can use VPN sometime.
That's all.

Hi Yuan,

Yes you can log in to Upwork via your new laptop.

You may use a VPN as well to connect to the Upwork site. However, be advised that if there are inconsistencies with your IP location your account may be flagged to prevent unauthorized access to your account. Thank you.

Hi, Goran
I am Yuan from China.
I reset upped my password because I forgot my old password.
But I used VPN for traffic verification.
So I got an Email I logged in from from an unknown device/Browser.
And my location is China, but I see a notiication that I log in in Deerwood city in United state.
I know this because I used VPN.
I just want let you know my location is China surely.
And I want to know if there is no any problems.

Yes, you're free to change your laptop, this is not a violation of the Upwork's TOS. It's important that you don't share your log in credentials with anybody and don't log into other users' accounts as it's a serious violation of Upwork TOS.
