Hello...
After submitting my feedback and before crossing the 14 days Can I change my feedback after submitting it?

And can I submit a feedback after the 14 days or it's close?

And is that also the same for the client?

Hello Omar,

Thank you for your message. Since Upwork follow the double-blind feedback system, the option to enable changes won't be available until after your client has left feedback for you, or until the 14-day feedback period closes, whichever comes first. You can change feedback after 14 days or both parties have left feedback on the contract by requesting your client to enable the feedback change option on the contract. Does that mean even if the feedback was submitted before or after 14 days the client has to give approvel on this operation?

And does that :up_arrow: also goes for me if I left a feedback?

Hi Omar,

Once the 14 days period is finished the feedback can't be edited unless you give permission to your client to update and vice versa. If the permission is given the other party will have 14 days to update the feedback. Thank you.
