Changing profile name to nickname

Hi

I tried to change my name to the nickname I have been using professionally by going into Settings and Contact Info, but there seems to be a bug that keeps taking me to Password & security. Can you help?

Why did you change your name to nick name? I think upwork doesn't allow it . as well they require our information will be in our identification.

I've been using my nickname for 25 years. All of my clients know me by Hari. It's not a new thing.

But is it on your government issued ID? Because that's what Upwork requires.

Even press releases that have featured me in the past have referred to me as Hari
