Changing the country code to set up my profile

Hello, 

I am trying to complete setting up my Upwork profile but I am having issues with entering my phone number as I can't change the area code from USA to UK, because the box is greyed out. 

I have tried adding in an SMS 2FA and adding in my bank information but it still won't work and I feel like I'm going around in circles. 

Can anyone help?

Could you please try switching the country to a different country, and switch it back to the United Kingdom?

The first drop-down that says "Country" is the one Pradeep's referring to. Does it help if you change it from the UK to a different country and then back?
