Was it with the same client? You have to have earned more than $500 with each client. The percent is per client, regardless of how many contracts with the same client. It's not overall.

Not the same client but totally I earned 800+ dollars.

That does not matter.

The sliding scale is per client. Once you have earned $ 500 from any one client, the fee for payments from that client, and that client ONLY, drops to 10%. 

Any new contract with a new client starts at 20%.
