Charging for translations with many repeated words

Hi all, I usually charge a translation fee per word. Now my client sent me a few files to translate which have many repeated words, and I was thinking of offering her a reduced price. Anyone came across the same issue? How do you charge for repeated words in translations? Thanks already!

I usually analyse the source text using my CAT tool, and when strings - not words - are repeated, I do not charge them. I think it is legit to offer a discount if a sentence is repeated multiple times. But I do not consider the repetition of single words inside sentences, otherwise I would have to charge only once common words such as "and", "you", "is", and so on.
