Chat Agents are not showing at my End.

I am try to find chat agents but i can't find that in Upwork Help. Is upwork close Chat help?

Your Job Success Score is located in the top right-hand corner of your profile page.

I posted a screenshot of it below, for you to see:

Currently your Job Success Score is 87%.

Your scores over a 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month window are automatically calculcated. The HIGHEST of these scores is presented as your final JSS. So of these three scores, 2 of these were equal to or lower than 87%.

Upwork does not provide more details. If you were able to contact Upwork Customer Support representatives via chat or other means, they would not provide more detail to you, such as telling you precisely what you scores are for various time windows.
