When we creating Tickets, It taking 2 days time to get reply sometime I again put ticket to remind the team that I put the ticket , Do you think this is best way to solve the problems?
You've updated your fees to bring you more $$... but can't accommodate us all into your chat support? I get that not every chat support/concerns are, well, legit but that comes with the territory.

This is very frustating for a lot of users. I do not need to remind you that now we pay more money to Upwork, so we should have the same or better support.
