1/2 Hi, I am having problem with my Desktop App. (Please see attached screenshot)
The said error started with the Captcha page appeared on the app.
I tried troubleshooting the error with these steps:
- restarted my laptop several times
- reinstalled the app already
- tried clearing cache of the app
- updating the app
- connecting to other network
- restarting the app several times
But it didn't work and unfortunately it resulted to checking connection error as seen on the screenshot.
I have things to comply to my client so that I am hoping that the error should be fixed ASAP!
