Choosing Payment Method and Fees

I use local bank trasfer for my payment method now. I want to create a Payoneer account now. If I go ahead and create a Payoneer account from Upwork, will i be charged any money? Or is it free? Basically I want a free solutions.

Let me know if anyone knows.

 Upwork will not charge you to create a Payoneer account, but Payoneer does have a number of charges, which you will find on the Payoneer website.

Upwork never charge for payoneer activation. Pyaoneer has a own charge system everymoth and activation fees also. You can have a look here details discuss:
