Citizenship card number, Direct to Local bank (Colombia)

I can not enter my bank account details, as I didn't provide a Citizenship card number when I created my bank account, I used my Foreign card identification number, and is actually longer than a Citizenship card number, so the platform doesn't allow me to enter my details, it is a bit unfair because my bank allowed me the create this bank account, and allow wire transfers. but Upwork platform just have the option for Citizenship card number. Maybe is there a solution for my issue?
