OP, you messed up with the second password change. Period. In your first post you asked how to get better results from Support next time. You can accomplish that by not committing a cybercrime. Per your details above, Upwork was with you until that point. And there you have it. That's it, that's the answer. There really isn't any more we can say.

I agree it wasn't the best thing to do.
I already said that.

Other lessons learned: Never work with the clients that have no feedback or rating, verify each and every task before moving to the next one.
