Client Asking for $1 Per Hour. How Upwork Aproove This kind Of Job Post

In this job post details is not clear. But for bid the job need 6 connects. Client write in the job post this is 100 Hours work and he want worker who agreed with $1 per hour. On the other hand upwork system lowest hourly rate is $3 per hour. SO how upwork aprooved this kind of job post?

Upwork does not approve job posts, it is the responsibility of us freelancers to flag job postings as inappropriate, and of course, to not agree to work at this rate.

Technically, Upwork might never take down that job posting.

They don't need to spend any additional resources to.

 

The Upwork system doesn't allow freelancers to work at $1 per hour, nor does it allow clients set up a contract at $1/hr.

This is all that matters.
