Client Can't hire me

Hi my client is new on upwork as I bring her to upwork to start working. And now she want to hire me. But the hire button is not highlited so she can hire me

It sounds like your client is yet to complete their address, and phone number in their account. They will also need to set up their security questions first. Once everything is set, please ask your client to clear their browser's cookies. Once this is done, they should be able to start hiring on Upwork.
