Client Can't leave feedback

i worked on a contract with lovely client he was happy with the results and he approved the milestone so i ended the contract saying the job is done sucessfuly and gave him feedback 
when he tried to do the same it showed an error the contract is not active 
is there is anything can be done i need every feedback for my reputation 😞

It's always best to let the client end the contract and leave feedback for you, Salem.

If it is still within the feedback window, your client should still be able to leave you feedback.

Hopefuly a mod will come along and help you figure it out.

The contract is not active because you ended it, that does not mean the client can't leave feedback. They need to go into the contract and find the "leave feedback" button.
