Client Didn't give msg response nor approve milestone

Hello, I have a question, I submitted my final work 3 days ago after making changes (As the client wants), But the client didn't approve the milestone yet nor requested changes, even he is not giving a response to my messages,. Although he is happy from my work, here is his response

Clients are not required to send message to freelancers.

Clients are not required to respond to freelancers.

Clients are not required to manually approve a freelancer's milestone.

As freelancers, we click on the "Submit Work and Request Payment" button.

If the client does nothing, that is fine.

If the client does nothing, then all of the money in escrow will be released to the freelancer AUTOMATICALLY after 14 days.

As a freelancer, I DO NOT SEND a message to the client to tell them that the work is done.

I just click the green Submit button.

I DO NOT send reminders.

IN YOUR SITUATION, the client was pleased with your work overall, but wants you to make a change.

I strongly RECOMMEND that you MAKE THAT CHANGE.

If you do not understand the CHANGE that the client is asking for, then try to send a message asking the client. But first talk to some of your friends and see if they can understand what the client is asking for and ask them to explain it to you.
