Client Feedback: Skills - What does it mean?

Hello,

Something I’ve never quite understood is why, at the end of a job, the client feedback page asks me to rate the client’s skills? What skills am I rating them on? I asked the online chat folks and was told it means, “How skilled they were with handling you with with the job from start to finish”. But I don’t think this is correct.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!!

Tom

I always think of it as Management Skills.

I am not sure it means much at all. Feedback is not as important for clients as it is for contractors. Most contractors don't pick jobs based on a client's feedback stars.

Maybe not. And I'll gladly and gratefully disqualify a prospect based on contractor feedback.

Best to all,

Michael
