Does anyone else have both a client and freelancer account and having this issue?
I have my messages from my clients from my freelancer account showing up in my client account.
Thank you very much for reporting it. I have shares your report with the team and they are currently investigating your individual issue. We want to address such issues with Messages individual as they come up. Please, also check this thread with Lena's most recent post.
At least your communications show up somewhere...
I now only get email notifications, but no message anywhere on the platform.
I've never seen a messaging system working this bad.
