You will be on dangerous ground if there is any HINT that your "clients" and you are colluding with the purpose of building up your profile or feedback and any HINT of that will see your profile spontanously combust.

Don't be stupid. You would not voluntarily give up a chunk of your money when doing "work" for your "friends" by working for them via Upwork for any HONEST reason.

The ONLY possible reason could be that you want to dishonestly want to gain an advantage and that is neither cool nor allowed.

Dominik:

No. Don't do this.

This is not what Upwork is intended for. You and your friends could have your accounts suspended for this type of manipulation.

Hi Dominik,

Just to confirm that your friends can create an account and hire you here on Upwork.
Keep in mind that feedback building is a serous violation on our TOS as well. If you have any additional questions feel free to post them here. Thank you!

I think this is a bad idea. Upwork is for finding new job. If you have profile on upwork you still can find new client for work. If you have work from friend then keep doing that.
