Client Initially give me rating only, and now he wants to give me feedback too. Is it possible?

Hi There,

My client initially give me a rating only because he is not aware of the difference between public and private feedback. Now he wants to give me feedback too. Is it possible to do that? If yes, please let me know the way.

I also attached a screenshot sent by the client for reference.

Are you mean want text? Enter to feedback, click here "Allow change". Then client able to edit.

Or dont worry about. You have 5 stars calculated to JSS. Text don't matter.
