Hi I could do with come advice.

 

I have a client, I was making a video for his start up. I basically put a week of work in to create the first draft. He disappeared for 2 weeks then came back asking for changes, which was no problem obviously so i requested him to release the first milestone. He has not replied since. This was a while a go and now he has requested a refund as this was a while a go, which is my fault. I'm not too bothered about the money , i just don't want the negative feedback which I have a feeling will come  which is totally unwarranted. What would be your advice's can the upwork staff help me with this?

 

Should I just contest the refund?
