Client Made Offer, But Nothing Shows Up For Me To Accept

I have a client who hired me for a job but I never received the offer. I let her know and she tried again...still no offer. I can't track my time or start the work until this is straightened out. Is there a bug going on or is it possible something isn't being done correctly. I have done work for this same client in a previous job and this process had no issues. What could be going wrong?

Could you please send the direct link to your profile to the client and ask them to click the ''Hire Now'' button.

Please, let me know if they're not able to send you an offer that way either.
