Manual time just means you can enter time in manually if you want. YOU enter the time, not the client. But you can still track time with the time tracker and that is the only way it's protected. You should have been using the time tracker while working and putting meaningful memos in the work diary so you would get paid.

As it stands enter the time in the work diary manually if you've already done the work. It won't be protected but that's how you get paid. YOU enter it. Not the client. The client cannot.

Hi! If a client hire for hour revenue but he sets the time to manual time and never start the time.

There is no such thing.

Clients don't "start the time". You track your time using the desktop app. If you have failed to download the tracker and track the time you worked as you are supposed to in an hourly contract, and manual time is enabled, you add the hour to your work diary and the client gets charged automatically on Monday.
