Client Mistakenly sent refund request instead of clearing the payment!

I wrote 2 articles for a client and he was satisfied with both of them. 

His exact words: "Ok, all good. I'll get you paid." 

His review at the end of contract: "He did a great job with some web development related articles we needed. He's good at optimizing them for keywords as well. We will use again for sure." (5-star)

But I just got a refund request. It seems that instead of clearing the payment, the client sent me a refund request.

What should I do? And since this is a mistake by client, will my JSS suffer because of this? 😞

Say no to the refund request.

and what about my JSS? Will it be affected?

I already have a low JSS and can't risk it further going down.

That depends on the private feedback the client left for you. The refund request has no effect on the JSS.

Remember you can still chat with the client via the messages even after the project is closed. Asking them for clarifications is the best way to know for sure if that was a mistake or maybe they found a mistake in the work delivered.
