Hi team,
I need your help in resolving my issue. I have a client under the contract **Edited for Community Guidelines** The contract started 3/23 and upon asking for compensation after 1 month, the client reverts back that there has been no difference when I started and finished the job in her number of followers. There was no set quantifiable goals specified in the contract and in our discussion, nor was it mentioned. The only thing that was specific on the contract was the "at least 2 comments/tweets daily". The client has not approved the milestone and gives an implied behavior of not doing so based on how she deals with me.

Hi Jeziel,
Having clearly defined expectations and goals for a project from the beginning is obviously helpful and something I would recommend for any future projects. Working with the client to resolve things and get on the same page amicably is ideal, however if your client decides not to release the milestone and closes the contract then you will have the option to dispute it and enter into the mediation process. Please read more about how to do that here.

.That's not your problem so long as you fulfilled your requirements. Simply request release of funds. After two weeks if they have not responded and have not challenged it, you get the money.
