Client Recommendation

Hello there

I have successfully completed my 2nd project on Upwork and while I got a 5 Star rating from the client, they accidentally chose "zero" instead of "ten" on the "How likely are you to recommend...." option.

The client is happy to help fix this but is it even possible? If so, can someone guid me please on how to do this?

Why and how would a client do that accidentally, and how would you even know about it?
