I have signed a contract and submitted my work; however, the employer refuses to pay and keeps asking for revisions for no reason.
I have sent voice recordings as requested within the contract (90 minutes). Now the employer is asking for additional 30 minutes. They won't reply to my messages, yet they have asked for a second revision without explaining why it is needed.
It's an active contract. How can I get paid?

I'm not sure if I understood. I should wait for them to ask for a 3rd revision and then I'll be able to ask Upwork to step in?
I've been looking for how to dispute. I followed the guideline however the interface doesn't match with the current one. Does anybody know how to dispute?

Yep. because Upwork will ignore you with first useless changes request. You need to collect at least 3 to prove that client realy doing that. Changes requests is unlimited so client can keep you there forever.
Via support. No Dispute button there.
