Client Unresponsive

Hi,

I am facing a problem regarding client response & I want some suggestion & guidelines.

I already deliver work on August 11,2020 but last two & half months I am sending messages but client is not responding or he is offline. 

Due to this my JSS Score is decrease from 86 to 78 and i am unable to get any projects from last couple of weeks & waste lot of connects.

In this situation what I have to do? How I will contact him?If I cancel the contract then it will effect on my JSS Score.

Please guide me to solve this issue.

If your contract is still open with this client, it is not affecting your JSS. Is this a fixed-price project? If so, you should have had the client fund the project and complete the amount of work associated with that amount. When complete, you submit via Upwork's submission tool. That way the client can approve and release the funds or do nothing and in 14 days your money is released. Voila!

Don't cancel the contract. Submit via the submission tool and do it only once.

Yes contract is still open & project is hourly base. 

I have one Fixed-price Project started on 19 Oct,2020 and I already submitted this project on Same Date through Upwork's submission tool. But client is not responding till now. I understand that I dont need to cancel the project after 14 days money will be released.

What about afterthat the contract is automatically finished or I am able to end the contract? 

What about client feedback? Its effect on my JSS.

Last thing tell me please How i will improve my JSS to get Top rated Badge.

It's best to ask the client to end the contract so s(he) can provide feedback. If they are unresponsive, nothing will happen to your JSS if you leave the contract open. If you want to end it, go ahead. Just don't close too many contracts at once which may affect your JSS.

Win more projects that end favorably. Remember it's the private feedback that counts so make sure you provide your best work and manage client expectations.

If client is unresponsive & if I leave the contract open whether its hourly basis or fixed rate basis Then which things will effect on my profile.? Please discuss this in detail.

If I already submitted the work & Client just taking time to review the work  what i have done? In that case its takes months to review & no response in return then how we will be in touch with our client.
