This is the first time i have come across this, I actually applied for this job and days after i wanted to check if the project was offered to someone else but when i checked and i saw that the client account is suspended. Does it mean my connects is wasted...?

Hello Luiggi Sir,
I am new to freelancing on Upwork and recently started my first job on a 6-month hourly contract. After completing 4 hours of work, my client was suspended. Now, I am unable to work with this client or apply for other jobs. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so I can continue my work as a dedicated freelancer on Upwork? Your help would be greatly appreciated, as I’m eager to establish myself on the platform.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

HI,
I applied for a position SaaS Project using Jira posted on May 2 2024. In 3-4 hours, I saw that the client was suspended. I did not get any refund of the connects used. Kindly help.

Similar problem, I just started using upwork and in any job which is listed i wants to apply, it tells me that "you can not use this feature because your client is suspended"
What does that means and this is happening in every job posting. Is it something wrong with my Profile?

Hello Gulam,
Could you please confirm if you are trying to submit a proposal but getting the error message you mentioned? If you come across this message, it means that your client account is restricted and you will not be able to submit a proposal until the client resolves the issue on his account.
