Client and Freelancer account

I have a client account and would like to create a freelancer account.

When I click the Create New Account button, I don't see a New Freelancer Account link as explained on https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211067558-Be-a-Client-and-a-Freelancer. There is no indication if any required fields are missing.

When I open the developer toolbar, I see that https://www.upwork.com/ab/my-info/api/client-info/account/new returns a 500 Internal Server Error with the following message: "We can't complete your request now. Please try again later."

Thank you for your message. I see that you have already created a freelancer account. You can switch between your freelancer and the client account by clicking the button on the top right of your Upwork page.
