Don't give it to them, It is most likely one of the many scammers here on UW. Never communicate with a client off of UW until a contract has been set up and read the ToS and follow it. Flag the post as being inappropriate so that UW can investigate it then remove it they deem it is has violated their ToS, and then hopefully block the client forever from being able to post again so that other freelancers who aren't as savvy as you are don't get scammed.
