Client asked me to resubmit a fixed priced proposal for Hourly Job

I don't really know how to submit a fixed priced proposal for an hourly job. Is this a feature I just don't know about? This client is newish to upwork so it may not be a feature and she might have to send an invitation? I'm really not sure but I would appreciate any feedbc you have!

You can just say to the client "My fixed rate would be $ XXX.XX" and the client can set up a contract with the contract type changed to fixed rate at the offer-stage.
