I have one issue(first issue sinsce i started work with upwork) with one of my clients from yesterday.
I have done all changes he requested you can see the screenshot i attached and also see the first milestone message about completion and after work done she is asking me to do refund and blackmailing that she will provide bad ratings.
Please Advise me know what i have to do on this situation

If you have done the work as agreed, tell the client politely and firmly that you will not refund,
Keep conversation on Upwork and report any message that explicitly threatens bad feedback if you don't refund (use the little cog on the right of the message). That is not allowed.
If the client leaves poor feedback, you can use your top-rated perk to remove it (if you haven't used it in the last 3 months and 10 contracts).
Yes client used "request changes" feature.
Yes as we agreed on points he want to done i completed there and even i uploaded the task list he want me to do and after that he want me do a video call and on call he asks me to do more work on same amount and blackmailing for bad review provide.
Could you please click on my name and send me a PM with more information about the client you are referring to? Please also add the screenshot of the message where the client blackmailed you.
I will be sure to look into your report and escalate it accordingly.
