Client associated with account

I have a Client, **edited for Community Guidelines** associated with my account from way back when I used the site when it was called oDesk. This client is no longer relevant to me and I'd like it deleted or at least disassociated from my account. How do I do that? Thanks.

Please go to this page of your account (Settings > My Teams), to be able to leave this client's team. If you go through any issues, you can come back her eand our team will assist you further.
