I just receive today an email from Upwork support, they told me that my previous client ask for full fenund via his bank, I worked for him for $150 budget and we agree to paid me just $100 first milestone and other $50 to approve refund so i do that for $50, also he ended contract and give me a positive feedback and money was release on my account after pending. And i was suprised that today i recieve this kind of mail from UpWork that his bank want full refund also that $100. This is the first time that I have that kind of problem with client. I meesage him today when i recieve email and he doesnt respond on my message.
Does anyone have this kind of problems so far, as i say this is the first time for me that client ask full refund after pay complete job and ended contract ?
