Client can't hire me

Hello dear Upwork community,

a client tried to hire me, but he said it's not possible because there was showing a message that some data is missing. He was asking me if my account is the reason, but I had a client before whitout these problems. My clients account seems also okay, but still new I think.

How can I solve this problem?
