Client can't log in to his account and leave me feedback

Hi, I have a client from China that has his Upwork account blocked. He can't log in and leave me feedback for 2 projects that I've done. 

This is what happens:
When he tries to log in Upwork says that the password is incorrect. Then he tries to reset the password but Upwork shows "error" page. Please see the attachments with screenshots.

What can I do? It is very important for me as my JSS depends on that
