A client can not send me a contract. he receives a message: "We're aware of the problem please contact us if the problem persists". what do we have to do? Is it a problem from my side or it's Upwork issue
Please tell your client to contact us directly so that we can assist him with this. In the meantime he can try to send a contract from a PC and also let us know if he`s experiencing problems this way as well.
