As title, my client got my deliverable and cancelled it without paying.
But I could not found where to create Dispute request.
According to support document, should there has an option "Do Not Approve".

This means that the freelancer made a mistake in how he used Upwork. The freelancer needs to learn how to use Upwork properly.
