Hi! I have a client that cannot fund a milestone I propose. He tries to approve the fund to the escrow/milestone but it always said the problem of not completing the payment. He has set up his PayPal with his account there so not sure why that is. Is anybody ever face this problem? What should I say/advise my client to do?
