Client change his feedback score and comment , how it'll impact my jss

Hello Community,

One of my Client yesterday end our contract and mistakenly he gave me bad review of 1 star. But immediately he informs me about it and asks me to enable him to edit his review. I enable him so that he can change his feedback scores and comment. Then he gave me 5 star review with a good feedback message.

I also ask him did he change his private review too or not. He confirms me that he give me good private and public review.

But this morning I found in my stats "My Client Recommendation drop from 85% to 78%.

So now I want to know, "is it drop my jss too? as like as client recommendation"

Recently I got the Top Rated badge so now I'm very much tensed about this issue.

How does a client "mistakenly" leave bad feedback?

It is not possible to change private feedback, so that statement was not true. When you enabled the client to change feedback, that ONLY allowed them to change the public feedback. It is also completely unprofessional to discuss private feedback with a client.

If this outcome knocks you out of "top rated", you can use your top rated feedback removal perk to eliminate the contract from your JSS calculation.

Edited to add: This contract WILL knock you out of the top rated program because your JSS is right on the border at 90%, so you can't afford any drop at all. Use the  top rated feedback removal perk right away, asking them to only eliminate the effect on the JSS, and not remove the feedback itself.

I had an issue this week where I closed out a few contracts that I'd forgotten to close and received messages about two clients who "changed the feedback scores and comments for your contract."

I've never seen this before and tried to find those comments and scores. Not sure how they could have left feedback before the contract was ended.
