Hello Community!
I need your advice regarding the case - the client has closed the contract by mistake and asked a refund, now he is trying to roll back his action, but support says there is no way to cancel it and I'm not sure what I need to do with the refund request as the client can't fix it on his end..
Please advise what can be done in this case?
