Hi Jean Christi,
Unfortunately the hours you logged on this contract were refunded to the client because they didn't qualify for the Hourly Protection and the payment didn't go through. Currently you see negative balance because the hours in question are still in Pending. Once they move to Available, it will even out.
I would also like to ask you to avoid creating additional support tickets and communicate with the team through the existing ticket to avoid confusion. Thank you for your understanding.
