I sent request for endorsement to my 2 non-upwork clients about 11 days ago. They have a website & a working LinkedIn as well.
Both of them have not received an email yet. How much time does it take for them to receive an email from Upwork?
Can anybody help regarding this please?

Hi Ahmed,
Once you’ve submitted the Testimonial request, we’ll email your request to your client and let you know when we hear back. If your client is having trouble locating our email, please confirm that they’ve checked their junk/spam folder in case the email ended up there. They may also try whitelisting or allowing emails from Upwork so that their email provider doesn't filter them out.

I hope you're all doing well. I recently used the "Request Testimonial" feature on Upwork to ask a previous client for a testimonial. However, it seems they haven't received the request yet, and it's been 2 days.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any advice on how to resolve this or ensure the client receives the request would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Pradeep,
I hope you are fine. My testimonial was successfully sent and received by the client. In fact, my client provided his feedback, but Upwork is saying:
"Hi Hamza Ahmed,
We are writing to inform you that Ubaid’s testimonial was not approved.
To ensure trust and quality of our marketplace, we can only approve testimonials from clients where we have sufficient evidence that the contact information is valid. Thank you for your understanding. You can try requesting another testimonial from a different client."
What can I do in this situation?

Hi, Pradeep, I am also having similar issue with the testimonial request. I sent a request yesterday to one of my clients but he didn't receive any email. He checked his spam folder but didn't find any. Would you please check my request as well.

I sent out testimonial requests to a few of my non-upwork clients and one of them emailed me and said that he didn't receive it. I tried to resend it and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
I saw in the forums that this has happened to many other people but nothing is posted by support about how to address it. Can someone give me some guidance? Thanks so much!

I once attempted to send testimonial request to my client outside of UpWork but the request was not sent due to missing linkedin profile url. Now when I am sending testimonial request to my client with everything completed including LinkedIn URL, I got this issue.
"It looks like you've already sent this person a request"
Also note that the testimonial request sent to this person does not show on my proifle just like they are shown when we have pending testimonial requests. Then why is it giving me this issue.
Moreover, I have attached some snaps that shows the error showing up and also no pending testimonial request can be seen for that new client whose name starts with B.
Please support to fix the issue at the earliest.
