Client didn't get a refund.

I applied for a refund for my client a week ago but my client hasn't recieved that amount yet. Kindly resolve this issue.

What do you mean you "applied for a refund"? Refund for what? Money that was paid to a freelancer? Money still in Escrow? How did you "apply for a refund"? To whom?

It will take up to 5 business days for the refund to show up on your client's payment method
