Client does not have access to Upwork

Hello,

Yesterday, i applied on a job post, i won job and discussed all with the client.

After few hours i saw a line in messages That this Client does not currently has access to Upwork and cant receive messages.

i waited few hours but still the same.

Contract is open, Timerr is On, should i complete the job? 

or what else should i do.

Please Guide.
