Client dont want pay me !

Hi,,

I really need help ,, client asked me do some images to retouch ,, I did it he liked and I asked him to release.money , he just released first milestone after 3 days of talking,, now I asked him to release second he tell me I am travelling I cant through mobile also he said I am.not like 1 image and change opinion .

I reallt did alot of changes and still didnt get my second milestone ,, so what should I do with him ??

I had a problem with a client who contracted with me, then started sending me porn to correct. She took all the images I corrected, then said that she didn't like them and refused to pay. I complained to Upwork, provided evidence, and they put a hold on MY account because I joked about something. It was all over $10 and a promise of more long-term work. I ended up with $0, a 3 month hold, and dropped from the Top Rated program. Meanwhile, the same lady made 8 hires and paid out a total of $10. 

Contact support to see if you have any recourse, because if you submitted work and tracked your time, Upwork has a record. From now on, be sure to check the client's hiring rate and feedback. Make sure your feedback is accurate to keep others from getting into the same issue with that client. 

...and proof-read your writing before you hit "post" next time, please.

 Pornography is against Upwork's ToS, which is perhaps why (or one of the reasons) your account was put on hold.

 

I am surprised that Upwork did not suspend the client's account.

I am sorry I wrote so quick and I am very confused of what happened,, so will not get second milestone ?? I know he not travelling ,, he tried to ask me lower rate but I refused , I think he dont want pay me second milestone what should I do ,, need HELP!

 Is the second milestone FUNDED? If you submitted using the Submit work and request payment button then the client has 14 days to review the work. If the client neither asks for changes nor releases the milestone the funds are automatically released (provided it was funded)

it says payment is only guaranteed for hourly jobs; so I hope you watermarked the graphics atleast, so they can't be used
