Dear Upwork support,
Please I need your help. I had an hourly contract until yesterday when Upwork sent a notification asking me to stop work that the clients's account is under investigation. The client subsequently went ahead to end the contract.
PS: I had finished the work and already sent it to the client before I got Upwork's notification.
I've been trying to reach out to Upwork but to no avail. Please help me! The contract had automatic billing hours and I used the desktop to track my Hours. I've also read about the hourly protection and from where I stand, I think I tick all the boxes. But please I just want an Upwork representative to review the times logged and tell me if I'm safe or not. I'm really worried. Thank you
