Client ended the contract with an unpaid last milestone

Hello !
One of my client closed the contract without paying the second (last) milestone, he said by mistake and he told me that he dont know how to approve remaining funds, and he also asked me to ask upwork support if there was somehow an option to approve the remaining funds.

Ask client to pay you in BONUS. 
This option is available even in closed contracts too.
