Client ends my contract due to corona pandemic

Hello Upwork Team, I am working on the contract of 500 USD for my client on Upwork, but client pay me only 100 USD and end my contract with a good review because due to corona pandemic he does not want to continue the project so it will afffects my job success rate or not please tell me.

To answer your question:
No, this won't hurt your JSS at all.

JSS is affected negatively if there is a zero-pay contract.

But you were paid $100. So this is NOT a zero-pay contract.

Don't worry about this.
